EXPELLED Matero Member of Parliament yesterday moved at a speed of light to alter the office bearers of the Patriotic Front (PF) at the Registrar of Societies after installing himself as leader of the former ruling party immediately after High Court Judge Situmbeko Chocho lifted the injunction she has granted to PF, to ordering Mr Sampa to stop masquerading as a member of the party.
