GOVERNMENT has described as frivolous, malicious, vexatious, mischievous and fallacious assertions by the Patriotic Front (PF) that the Hakainde Hichilema administration is about to make constitutional changes  that would see the elongation of the presidential term to seven years from five and the removal of the 50%+1 and running mate clauses.
