THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has warned all clearing agents that those who are found committing tax offences will be prosecuted and their licences will be revoked.
As this warning was being sounded, the Ndola Subordinate Court has charged a clearing agent, Alexander Mulilwa Zulu, aged 32 of Ndola with one count of smuggling.
Mr Zulu was charged for smuggling a consignment of 20 cartons of used hand bags and 300 cartons of used clothing (Salaula) in Zambia with value for duty purposes amount of K676, 051.20. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
