PATRIOTIC Front (PF) Musonda Ward Councillor Katai Muposhi and his Ndeke ward Counterpart Davies Kasengele are angry that the UPND cadres are allegedly attacking Kitwe Mayor Mpasa Mwaya and accusing her of frustrating government programmes.
