Land transaction was fraudulent  – Milton Hatembo

THE Lusaka Magistrate Court heard yesterday that Milton and Pheluna Hatembo wanted the transactions for the sale of plot 1924 in Kalomo which was sold to President Hakainde to be reversed because the transaction was fraudulent.

Mr Hatembo said he and his sister Pheluna engaged the lawyers in 2020 for the matter to be appealed so that the transfer of land be reversed on account of fraud and representation. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
