ZAMBIANS MUST DEFEND THEIR DEMOCRACY – LUBINDA

ZAMBIANS must stand and defend their democracy as it is under threat because the UPND has exhibited the propensity of turning the country into a dictatorship, the Patriotic Front (PF) has charged.

Mr Lubinda, the acting vice-president of the PF said the recent activities by the UPND government where a battalion of armed police officers using armored vehicles was a typical and clear sign of dictatorship were bent on destroying democracy and the rule of law.
