UPND councillor nabbed for obtaining money on false pretences

POLICE in Kitwe have arrested UPND Lubuto ward councillor Peter Kapikila for allegedly obtaining money by false pretences from grades 12 and 9 pupils who were supposed to write their General Certificate Examinations (GCE) at Make A Difference Academy Private School which he owned.
