A SURETY to an accused person in a matter in which Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Kasonde Mwenda and 21 others are charged with unlawful assembly yesterday told the court that he failed to secure the attendance of one of the accused, Bwembya Mubanga, because he shifted from where he was staying.
