MINISTER of Sports Youth and Arts Elvis Nkandu has hailed the Zambia National team for qualifying for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) slated for January 2024 in Ivory Coast as Group H winners following a 1-1 stalemate against Comoros on Saturday night.
