HH’s drought declaration rhetoric – Musenge

MWENYA Musenge, the leader of the Advocate for People’s Prosperity (APP) has described President Hakainde Hichilema’s last week’s press conference at which he declared drought a national disaster as nothing but mere rhetoric that will not excite or bring hope to poor Zambians.

Mr Musenge said the majority Zambians will find it difficult to trust and believe in the new dawn administration because it has been more rhetorical than practical such that Zambians have nicknamed the UPND government as “new story-teller government.” CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
